For those that would like to see pictures from my friends trip that are one of a kind. click here
Not much new on the home front. It´s still raining. Debbie got a cold the last few days...colds in mexico? The last week or so there have been people lighting fireworks and firecrackers in celebration of the virgin of guadaloopa. At night you see groups of 50 or so walking down the streets with candles lit and a offering for the virgin. I will get pictures to show you...pretty wierd to see. So today is the actual day that the image of the virgin mary showed up on guadaloopa´s shirt. I got like 3 different stories from people. Here is a link to the real one click here
So after work i´m going to go get some cheap fireworks and some cheap rum. For some reason no stores sell liquor after 9pm. Lesson learned as of last night 9:13 at the super Aki by my house. Debbie´s mom is in the process of making piñata´s for our dec 24th celebration. She even let me help. My true artistic nature finally has a chance to shine. I´ll see if i can get some video and pics of that. Also on xmas eve we are making punch, deb´s mom is asking what we should spike it with. we are the only ones in the family that drink so i said tequila of course. For some reason her mom wants to date me so she can come back to Canada last night, i bluntly said to her, muy años, lo ciento. She laughed her head off at that. Its been good down here, her family is great. Deb´s step dad and i play halo all the time. Hopefully we´ll get some good fireworks. He also has a honda 600cc crotch rocket that he wants me to drive all the time. Lots of stuff to do, not to much time to do it in.
Back to work, adios
